Small greyish dots on penis head and foreskin

Hi, I am 14 and I have some grey to white small dots right on my head of the penis. They don't bother me, but they also seem to be on the internal part of the foreskin (the part that touches directly the head). They're a bit in relief, but not a lot. Tried kind of scratching them but they're still there. They are not itchy. I have had them for a long while. Is this a reason to worry? Will it dissapear by itself? Thanks!

This could be Pearly Penile Papules. Are they located on the rim of the head?

Not at all. The first part is right near the place where the external urethral meatus is and the second part is on the foreskin which covers the glans.

Those aren't PPP. You should let your parents take you to a gp so you can know what they are. Are you sexually active? they could alway be warts

Sorry that shouldn't have been warts up there. there could be a number of other reasons why you have to spots and a gp would be the best person to give you a diagnosis

OK. I'm not sexually active, but I'll tell them just in case. Thanks!

Don't forget- you dont need to be with your parents to go to your GP, and you can also go to a sexual health clinic even if you aren't sexually active if you would rather not see your GP on your own.
