Someone help me with Esomeprozole withdrawal

i need someone to reassure me that feeling anxious from Esomeprozole withdrawal will go away ,I was only on them 4 weeks and i came off them cold turkey because my doctor said to only stay on them for this amount of time ,its now 5 weeks since i finished them and i feel shaky and anxious this isn't great for me as i have suffered with depression over the years How long will it last does it decrease and how long will it continue
