Sometimes heartbeats much

I faced this problem, few days ago my heart beating too much and my body get tired ,4 days ago it was often came , i checked with doctor that my sugar level was lower than random level after i got some treatment for that. after following days i involved in medical checking my blood and ECG after report doctor informed everything is normal bit blood pressure level increased and they gave some medicine. now few days i sometimes get heartbeats but not much like earlier when i had much, at the same time little tired body like i thrown, i don't get tired .sometimes my penis feel bit like shrink . if heart beat sometimes bit can't breath but just bit . I want to ask may be this happen because i have any problems in kidney, before i go and check kidney just asking anyone's idea.

    Sometimes, it's normal for you to have a fast heartbeat. For instance, it's normal for your heart rate to rise during exercise or as a response to stress, trauma or illness. But in tachycardia (tak-ih-KAHR-dee-uh), the heart beats faster than normal due to conditions unrelated to normal physiological stress
