Sonovein - do you know anyone acquainted with FDA?

If by some miracle any of you knows someone acquainted with the FDA, can you please please ask them when, if ever, Sonovein will be approved for the U.S. (not just UK), and also, when, if ever, Medicare will cover it? Thanks.

Here's a relevant excerpt:

French manufacturer Theraclion credits notable fundraising in 2019 with allowing the company to focus on distribution of their SONOVEIN® device to treat varicose veins. The device earned CE marking in April, and the company says it is working toward an FDA approval for SONOVEIN in 2021.
