Anyone else here who suffers with squinting patella. ?? Both knees face eachother but having considerable pain in one. xray & mri reveal nothing (normal case study). All/ any advice welcome.

Have you had physiotherapy? rest, stretching and strengthening exercises are often the first treatment for this.

thank you for your reply, yes for 2 years now & 2x weekly gym visits.
