any good advice welcome currently changing from citalapram to paroxetine as citalapram stopped working. I am on day 5 and although my mood appears to have improved my anxiety is just awful! racing thoughts shaking you name it! will this drug help me and is what I'm experiencing normal for paroxetine start up? tia
