Strange bubbling when I breathe with no other symptoms

hello! I’ve been noticing an occasional feeling of bubbling in the lower part of my lungs when I breathe. It’s almost like a sensation of "foaming" towards the bottom of my lungs when I take a deepish breath. I can’t hear it, but I can feel it.

I think it mostly happens when I’m laying down and just waking up. I have no other symptoms and no trouble breathing. No pain either. my health otherwise feels fine. This just started happening a couple months ago. I had Covid back in February, but even then I had no respiratory issues.
