Strange Tremor!

During Alcohol Withdrawl, I felt an energy through my forearm up to my hand. My fingers immediately started spasming. They calmed after a few minutes. Thumb started tremoring. That subsided. When I put pressure on any finger, they "tick" or twitch for a split second. If I put pressure on my thumb my pointer finger starts tremoring. No weakness. There was tingling and pain and burning. It's pretty quickly getting better. Every day is slightly better....Any thoughts. Alcoholic Neuropathy? Just some sort of Nerve shock? Thanks,
