Submandibular gland duct scarred after tonque frenulotomy

Two and a half months ago, I had surgery to remove my lingual frenulum. Unfortunately, during the operation, there was damage of the left submandibular duct, which resulted in scar. On the left side in don't have papilla where submandibular duct drains saliva. Few days i got swelling below your jaw and when i eat but this is gone now. I got also pain in mounth and hard to open jaw. But i really dont know what to do now. The submandibular duct is blocked, but where salvia goes? i got feelings its some drainage under or near duct. Because i don't get swelling of gland and also i dont get saliva in mouth. I got just pain where the opening was in past.
