Substitute NAAN For Bread/Dough In Your Pizza

As a person who has Gluten issues, I'm having a hard time removing "bread" from my diet. But one thing I can do is substitute NAAN for any bread type products. Just today we had a NAAN pizza with real pepperonis, gluten free cheese and gluten free sauce. Oil the NAAN with extra virgin olive oil, place on a cookie sheet, then add the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Bake in a 500 degree oven for 8-10 mins.
Doing this, I get the satisfaction of eating a pizza without any gluten related issues afterward.
