Ive had this line in my nail I'm concerned is melanoma. its not a complete stripe and its reddish right now but if anyone knows if this is early melanoma or whatever this may be please enlighten me.

Doesnt look like melanoma but probably a bit of damage to the nail bed caused by nail nibbling and gnawing.
