Suffering many different symptoms and do not know what to do

I was diagnosed with Chari 1 in the last few months and I have also found out that I am pre diabetic. I am tired of not feeling well. It seems that every time I go to the doctors, they find something else wrong. I have depression, anxiety, hypothyroidism and in 2019, I has diagnosed with gastroparesis. I am getting so frustrated. Sometimes I get so tired, I can not drive to see my son and grandsons. Everything seems to be snowballing and I just do not know what to do. I do not want to complain but I feel like no one understands what I am going through and that "it is all in my head". I am relatively young, I collect social security disability, I have a real hard time getting rides and if I can't drive, I will be in trouble. I feel like I am falling apart. This is my first time on this site. Thank you for letting me vent.

    what were your symptoms of Chari 1, if you dont mind my asking..i have ridges on skull and am trying to find answers
