Tapering down on pregabalin after 10 years advice please

hi

i was prescribed pregabalin over 10 years ago by a psychiatrist for my anxiety.

was on 2 x 300 mg daily .

i was subsequently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was told it was a good pain killer.

About 5 years ago i was troubled with myoclonic muscle jerks, i would spill drinks , kick out and twitch all over.

reducing the pregabalin to 2 x 200 mg daily stopped these jerks.

roll on to 2022 . My GP has started to guide me in tapering down further.( i had stopped at 200 mg twice daily because lower than that my fibromyalgia was unbearable. )

so far i am on 2 x 150mg daily the latest taper was on Monday . so reducing by 50 mg every 14 days.

since Monday when i cut back the evening dose im having difficulty getting to sleep and have had loose stools and overwhelming fatigue. just sitting doing nothing .

hot flushes and night sweats ( im post menopausal )

is any of this familiar ??

also i take duloxetine, quetiapine for bipolar

i am steroid dependant due to Addisons disease.

so lots going on .

thanks
