Tenderness after colon polyp removal

29 years old. Had a colonoscopy 2 days ago where they removed a 10mm sized polyp from the hepatic flexure (upper right side). I'm feeling very tender in the area. Tender to touch. Hurts when I breath in heavily and expand my entire abdomen. Feels like the entire area is stretching as I breathe in

Two months ago I was in the ER for pain in this exact spot, and they suspected biliary colic. Unsure if this is related, a coincidence, or if its flaring up again and that's the actual tenderness I'm experiencing.

No vomiting, no fever. Has anyone else experienced pain and tenderness (beyond gas pain) in the days after their colonoscopy/polyp removal?
