Tight Bladder neck, for no apparent reason

was diagnosed with a tight bladder neck at 30. I spent 2020 with this unknown irritation in my urethra, and it would vary, depending on what i drank and ate of course. In the beginning of 2021 i went to a urologist and he did a cystoscopy, and he explained my bladder neck was too narrow and that was causing irritation. He prescribed me tamsulosin for 6 months and didnt return because i felt back to normal. I didnt take any medicine or go to the urologist for all of 2022 and most of 2023 , lived a normal life. But now, these last two months it seems this crap has returned!!!! i have irritation all of a sudden during the day to often, daily like before. my urologist says maybe stress triggered it, he says some of us are just born with narrow pathways in the body, he didnt know the answer to my questions. like "why the hell now!!" Does any one know?? anybody with similar experience? is it because im a tense person? is it because i work sitting down all day ? any answer will help, thank you.

    Hi

I was also diagnosed with a tight bladder neck back in May last year,my story is a little different as my symptoms all came on after I fell onto my lower back/bum area

so I started with penis tip pain for approx 3 weeks, then all of a sudden it vanished for about 9 days, then when it came back I had pain under the scrotum area. I was also given tamsulosin and that seemed to get rid of the scrotum pain. I stopped taking tamsulosin because they made me very fatigued, and now I'm left with an irritation in my penis tip for the last 10 months. I've seen several specialist and been told I could of irritated a nerve when falling??. what i wanted to ask is did you have a stingy type irritation in the tip of the penis and frequent urination it's just the urologist I saw said it's not common to have penis tip pain with a bladder neck issue so very interesting how you were told different.

    hope you reply thanks Matt
