Tinnitus in my right ear only, fluctuating noises

I'm 25 years old and struggling with unilateral tinnitus in my right ear only for the past 4 months. I had a hearing test 3 months ago and had no hearing loss to 8khz (10dB HL or less in both ears). It has become much worse over the last month.

I am absolutely devastated by this and struggling to sleep at night and cope at work/focus. Any help would be hugely appreciated. I don't know what is causing this and I am desperate to get to the bottom of it.

    hello

    ive been suffering from tinnitus for around 20 years now in both ears and left is worst.its very hard to get any information or help as i was told there's no cure or i have got to put up with it.

    i decided to look in to hearing protection and app that plays different noises whilst i try to sleep.
