Tiny black specks in urine- anyone ? Other odd symptoms

Greetings! I'm a 57 year old woman who started experiencing bladder urgency about a year ago after sex. I also began taking Xarelto at about sane time for a blood clot. was convinced it was UTI but no. First time it was a yeast infection. same pattern last October - intercourse followed by excruciating urgency 24 hrs later. Again no UTi but doctor suggested a urology exam. then i got Covid so had to wait 15 days latergynecologist found BV in the form of Gardinella. For months after I experienced on and off bladder urgency. urology visit didnt reveal much but trace blood in urine. i started pelvic floor PT too.

For past few moths I've felt occasional achiness in pelvis/bladder area and maybe on right side of abdomen.

i only recently started paying more attention to my pee and noticed tiny black specks kinda like black pepper. they aren't hard at all. Told urologist who wants to schedule renal ultrasound and cystoscopy to look in bladder. i suffer already from hypochondria but also dont ignore symptoms.

Does anything sound familiar to anyone?

Tiny black specks in urine usually means blood from higher up the urinary tract ie the kidneys, so the urologist is doing exactly the right thing. Hope you get some answers soon.
