TMG/SAM-e anyone?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Reading through some GS articles I've seen betaine tmg and sam-e discussed for fatigue/bilirubin reduction (some consensus being tmg was cheaper/more effective) but only very old and small research/user experiences. Then I remembered trying betaine hcl years ago and it improved my mood a little, but worsened my ulcer so I had to quit before reviewing if the effect was just something else. Has anyone here tried these supplements, especially tmg?

I took betaine HCl for few days and my eyes started to itch a little and it was uncomfortable. TMG is useless if your homocysteine is lowered by B vitamins and copper, but maybe i miss something
