Tonsil & throat soreness and Issues post tonsillitis/ infection.

Hi all was referred to ENT with suspected fungal infection which got better and fear of Hospitals so never went to 2 referrals. Concerned that this may be a bigger problem than I expected. please Take a look and any further help appreciated.

Been away on holiday and swelling has come back and getting more and more sore day by day.
