Tonsil wart

Posted , 2 users are following.

35 Male, non smoker. I’ve been dealing with acid reflux / gerd for awhile. Went to a GP for prescription meds and was also referred to ENT for laryngoscope. ENT noted tonsil regrowth (removed when I was young). Throat cobblestoning and increased post nasal drip (probably due to reflux). Heartburn has subsided with diet changes.

I have been keeping an eye on my throat and have recently noticed a small growth on a portion of my tonsil area. I don’t think it warrants an entire new appointment but wanted opinions on what it could be, and what to do? Little to no change with the bump over the week I have noticed it.

Bacterial issues promote an unhealthy tonsil and cause it grow and be irritating.
