Top of my butt/back hurts, what might it be?

****so a few months back, maybe 6 months or so, i got a got a huge bump at the top of my butt crack and it hurt severally. i ended up taking Antibiotics because the doc thought it was an infection. after awhile it wasnt working too well so they said to usually an infection has an exit spot where the puss comes out where mine didn't so they said to take something with ibeprofen it, then it helped and disappeared . months later it has come back, its started to hurt again so ive been taking ibeprofen. it doesnt hurt as bad as before but it hurts. aby idea what it could be and what could i do to stop it/get rid of it?
