Total knee replacement 7 years ago locking up

hi,

i had a tkr right knee 7 years ago, everything was great until 1 and 1/2 years ago, then started locking from sitting everytime i stand the knee locks i have excruciating pain and have to unlock it by turning my leg to the side and easing it straight. I now sit with my leg straight out and stand with it straight out. In bed i turn and it locks most nights so much so i have no sleep. My life is painkillers, morphine and still in pain, now using crutches to move around. is anyone eles living in this nightmare?
