Tramadol withdrawal

I have been on Tramadol 100mg 4 times a day due to a nasty foot injury. I am now with guidance from GP reducing by 50mg every 2 days. I have been on tramadol before many years ago and went through withdrawal, cant remember if it started when reducing the dose or after I had the last dose. I have been on this dose since July and I'm just wondering if anyone has symptoms and what symptoms you had while reducing the dose or just when they had completed stopped even if you come off it slowly.
