hi can anyone help , i have trigeminal neuralgia the pain goes up my nose its the worst pain ive ever had i can't brush my teeth as it kills find it hard to eat, im on carbamazepine but its not working that well just eases the pain a little i had CT scan and MRI scan , can any one help thanks
