I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 14 and have been struggling over the years with it. Due to the pain I get on a daily/ weekly basis I sometimes feel this during having sex with my partner. Because it becomes sore I tense up not knowing that I'm doing it and its now affecting our sex life. Has anyone got any advice of what I can do to help this and to not tense up?
