Unexplained vertigo sensation, head pressure and exhaustion.

Hi, looking for others with similar symptoms, and solutions to treat. Previously fit and healthy 48yr old, keen road cyclist, no family history, no underlying conditions. Haven't had covid.

Jan 18th 2022, had booster dose of Moderna. Pzizer for the first two. Next day became breathless, sick and dizzy. Ended up in intensive care for 10 days. Pacemaker fitted 31st January. Have suffered with intense, sickening motion/vertigo type sensations ever since. 24hrs a day. No respite. ENT has ruled out inner ear issues. CT scan of my brain clear. Peripheral nerves tested, no abnormalities detected. Waiting for MRI of spine.
