Upper back pain with sore spot on spine. MRI negative???

Posted , 1 user is following.

Since January I've had a sore spot on my spinal bone (around T5 ) that hurts when touched. I also have bilateral radiating pain when i bend down or move in a certain way.

I did physio and chiropractor adjustments but it is persistent and it's now been 2+ months.

Muscle relaxant didn't do anything and i feel like it got a little worse in the past week or so. I had MRIs of my spine but those were mostly negative (only some bone spurs ans a disc protrusion that are not the cause of it though).

I'm worried it could be something bad because it lingers even after physio and posture correction and more.

Does anyone have any suggestions? My back specialist is sending me for a bone scan and I'm really scared! 😦

Thank you to whoever will read and share some advice!
