Upper right quadrant pain

I will apologize for long post. sorry. Approximately 20 months ago started having pain upper right quadrant pain. Its location is directly under lowest right rib. The pain ranges from dull to gnawing, Pressure. Ranges from 1 to 7 on pain scale. It radiates through opposite through my back, and right flank, sometimes in right shoulder. I cannot trigger it or make it worse by pressing on it however, at times with certain bending motions I can feel it worse, and mainly deep inside my back directly opposite lowest right rib. Some digestive issues. Frequent urination, mild diahreahha. I should also note I have graves disease, and take Methimizole to control thyroid over activity. Tests completed and results...

-CT scan in er, no abnormalities found .

  • chest x rays, no abnormalities found.
  • ultra sound , small kidney stones right kidney, 3mm complex cyst right kidney, gallbladder normal, liver spots normal.
  • was told all these are fine
  • hida scan, normal
  • upper endo and colonoscopy - all normal.

    All blood tests etc show no areas of concern.

    My main question is whats next? Im not sure how much longer I can cope.
