Urethral stricture - need urgent reply please

First time posting here so i am hoping i get a response.

I have urethral stricture and recently been seeing blood in urine. Urine test shows no UTI but still have burning/stinging sensation every time I pee.

It does not bleed all the time but mostly if i go without peeing for 4-6 hours when I am at work.

Is this normal or can this be more serious? Does Urethral strictures cause bleeding in general? I also have had prostatitis multiple times before. Cystoscopy in 4 weeks and doctor is out of office so dont really have any other way to get answer or insights.
