Urine drops before peeing

i have noticed a few times that there are visible urine drops in the tip of my penis when i go to pee - before i start urinating.

this does not happen every time and i have seen it only occassionally.

i am 55 yrs, 81kgs, 180 cm in height and other than occassional constipation i don't have any health concerns. i did a blood sugar test in April and that was normal.

i urinate normally as well. i don't have to rush, i void fully and rarely go at night. i don't dribble.
