Using strong Antibiotics, but not finding infections?

my mom is currently in the ICU, she was admitted last week for low blood pressure. My mother needs a liver transplant. she was admitted for the low blood pressure, which was initially mentioned to be caused by electrolyte (sodium) imbalance. She was placed on CRRT, her sodium levels are back to normal. Now, the doctors are saying that her blood pressure is still low and they suspect infection. yet, tons of tests have been done and there is no sign of infection. My mother has been placed on two pressors (VASO&midodrine) no albumin (although she can receive it ) but she is also being given two strong antibiotics (vancomycin & Meropenem). Wouldnt the pressors and the antibiotics have contradicting effects? Doctors are telling me that she is not doing well, but i question their "cocktail" since she went in there last week still walking and talking and now she is on the verge of multiple organs failing? i need another opinion.

i will start posting up test results.
