I have the classic sypmtoms for epididymitis.... I have a question though... it it possible to have sti caused epididymitis if you have had a vasectomy... ie the vasdeferens is cut (tube the sti would travel down)?
pain in back of left testicle when aroused or climaxing then fades to nothing... no pain throughout the day or weird discharge etc

It may be an infection or possibly post vasectomy pain syndrome. It is probably worth searching around on that and possibly consulting a urologist.
