Vericocele in right testicle, pain around kidney area, nausea, blood in semen,

my husband has been told he has varicocele in his right testicle. he has lower back pain & now quite severe pain in his kidney area. also there seems to be a hard ish bump in his stomach. he has had blood in his semen but not a lot. feeling generally very unwell.

he is actually having his gallbladder removed this week but this is a separate issue since the veins in the testicle were found. he's had very achy balls, or should i say ball, as its only on the right which we heard could indicate something amiss with another organ.

He has been waiting for gallbladder removal for two years as it has shrivelled up, but were told its not urgent. I'm really hoping a lot of things will clear up after the gallbladder is out but these veins & pain etc are new. he is 43.

anyone else experienced anything like this?
