Very strange tremor episodes.

Hey guys. Have a tough one. I have a doctors appointment next month but stressing

this all started maybe like 7 years ago. I have the weirdest tremor episodes. When my hand sits still SOMETIMES I lose all control over my right hand. It shakes violently for maybe 2-4 minutes and then goes back to normal. It usually happens when I am lack of sleep OR during sexual activities where my or someone’s hand is used (this is when it started. ONLY AFTER THIS) It’s the weirdest thing in the world. It almost looks like a seizure of some sort. I already have essential tremor. This shake is uncontrollable and very big. it started happening outside if sexual activities the day my daughter was born when i was holding her.. google says i have parkinsons at 27 .

any advice?
