vision problems

hi all. i was just diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia and was wondering if any of you could help me. i first had wolff parkinson white last year and later had an ablation to correct it. was told it was successful. i later developed IST. although ever since the WPW, i’ve had very strange vision problems and was wondering if this was IST related. its as if my eyes get this really bad overexposure to lighting. especially at night time/evening time. its the worst. everything looks extremely bright and forget looking in the mirror, i get extremely dizzy and can’t make out my reflection. do any of you get this? or is this a result of anxiety/migraines. please help. thanks.
