Vitiligo or fungal?

ive suffered from a vast amount of different odd skin disorders including cold urticaria and also contact urticaria. I'm 25 years old and have Osteoarthritis Not sure if it is related or has anything to do with with whats happening, but ive also noticed small white dots popping up here and there on my legs, ive attached a picture of one of them because it is starting to grow from a tiny speck to a noticeable blob. Im waiting on an appointment with a dermatologist, but in the meantime wondering if anyone else has had similar looking spots and what they turned out to be. any info will help.
