Wart-like structures on mouth for 13 months now..

I noticed this wart-like structures months ago, but then it looked like tiny pimples. Now they've grown and have a separate base with the biggest one having some white structures inside (looking like its about to burst and form more). Should I be worried?

It does not itch (I hardly feel it, except when it gets really warm). Its more swelled in the mornings too. I read that it could be HPV, but I'm not sureimage

    see a dermatologist. noone is a doctor here. treatment can clear up your questions and eliminate the growths quickly.
