Wegener"s Granulomatosis

Looking for specialist s in Wegener"s Granulomatosis  in  country Victoria or Melbourne please.

    Because Wegener's is considered rare and the treatment is relatively new (1960's)  I don't think any 1 Doctor would call himself a specialist and treat only Wegeners.  Nephrologists and Rheumatologists probably see this diagnosis more than any other type of MD. I'm not sure how the Health Care system works in Melbourne and I'm not sure if time is an issue but your Primary MD should know who to refer you to.  I'm not sure this post will help you at all but I wish you the best.

      Thanks for replying.  A team of doctors made the diagnosis after a biopsy,so when problems develop guess it will be handled by the appropriate  specialist.
