Weight gain with Salazopyrin and Pyrocaps

Hi

I was diagnosed with RA 4 years ago. I have been taking Nivaquin, Methotrextae and folic acid. Then I saw a specailist an she changed my meds to Salazopyren, Pyrocaps and folic acid. I have also started the patch for menoapuse sytoms called Estalis .

I have gained weight, my abdomen looks swollen and I feel puffy. Not sure which medication is doing this?

I am getting very depressed about my weight sitaution. Think I should ask to go back onto Nivaquin/ or Plasmoquin. I felt better on that.

Has anybody experencied weight gain on Salazopyren? I am also extremely tired with these new medications.

I feel like just stopping everything!!! But I'm too scared of the pain that will return. Any suggestions?
