Weird white vaginal bumps + pain

Hi everyone.

Trying to figure out what's going on with my vagina. I have been having pain on and off last few weeks and my outer lips are quite red and swollen. I was tested for all STDs except trichomoniasis which I am waiting for results. I have no other symptoms other than pain and some thick discharge during intercourse sometimes. Could this be a yeast infection? I am working on seeing a doc but can't immediately.

    image is a bit close but I can see some redness and that your fordyce spots are more prominent could have been caused due to a yeast as you say

    I'm kinda exactly in your position. I have pain either. pain is concerning me and it's swollen. I'm self treating for bacterial infection but could it be yeast concerning I don't feel itchy?
