What are these spots on my feet, warts of calluses..?

One year ago I noticed a spot on the downside of my feet. Later, more and more spots came. They are round and seem to grow inside my foot. The spots do not hurt, but cause some discomfort during long walks.

To get rid of the spots, my doctor told me to use salicylic acid , which I did multiple times, but with no effect.

Anyone know what this is called and how to get rid of it?
