What could these odd pains be as thinking worst

Ive had an on, off, mild, pain, irritated feeling in my left armpit, for 3 months. Not had surgery, so it cant be an infection. The same applies to my left breast (various places) and I'm a 44 year old female. At around the same time, I've had mild digging pain under my left rib and lower left axilia/shoulder pain. Sometimes it feels like its on the back wall behind my breast. No visible/or felt lumps and I do have a breast scan app booked just to check.

    how are you feeling now? Did you ever get to the bottom of this?

    i also have a mild intermittent digging/stabbing pain in my axilla area but had two clear mammograms, an ultrasound of breast on that side and all clear.

    i now have a tingling, prickling sensation all over my back and breast area with the horrible feeling that something is stuck under my arm. its driving me crazy now but GP examined me again last month and she has no concerns at all. its so worrying though .
