What do I have!

hey guys,
it all started in May with a rash behind the ear and around genitals and anus. accompanied by severe depression and anxiety and confusion, and a malar rash type thing?? pic included
i had a blood test for Lupus (ANA) which cane back negative
those problems have stuck around up to now but as the cold weather has kicked in i have new symptoms:
achey ankles, hips, and elbows.
constant mouth ulcers
sore throat for over 8 months
lip rashes
yellow/veiny eyes
brownish urine (might be being paranoid!)
burning soles of feet, toes and fingers.
extreme sensitivity to cold. (i go to bed in clothes with the radiator on and im still freezing.
dizziness and loss of balance
throbbing around kidneys (i think)
sorry for all the photos im just so scared.
if its not lupus is there anything else it could be?

hi when you say rash around the genital area is it red rash or like canker sores? If so it could be Behcet's.
But also you should be aware not everyone with Lupus has positive ana.

hi Margaret,
thanks, i had a look at behcets disease, it doesnt look like my genital problems, i can show pictures if its not to crude. it was more a red rash but also red spots on the penis and inflammation on the anus and surrounding area. i also have a lot of fissure type things on my anus.
is there another test i should ask to have if its possible the ANA wasnt picked up?

to be honest it is hard to get diagnosis. A good specialist will often diagnose on history. Are they offering any treatment options despite not having conclusive bloodwork? And are you seeing a rheumatologist?

no they think ive gone mad i think! (doctors) im going to them with a list of my problems and see what they say. i hope they refer me to a rheumatologist, if not ill go private.

Please look into Biotoxin Illness. It can cause so many of these symptoms and the typical bloodwork will come back negative. There is an online symptom checklist that will give you a pretty good idea if you have this illness. It took me over a year to figure out that I had this. They thought I had lupus because so many of the symptoms relate but not enough for it to completely make sense. Many doctors are not familiar with this illness so it can be difficult to find a knowledgeable doctor. Some of the bloodwork that will be abnormal with this illness are mmp9, c4a, c3a, tgf- beta, veg-f, cortisol. Best of Luck!

hi Thanks ill look into this.
i have also been advised to look into Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis!
i think i just need to get a load of blood tests!

hi jp ! i was googling dome symptoms of mine and found this post - did you manage to figure out what it was ? i have similar yellowish eyes, cold hands and feet, yellowish tinge go my fingers and toes and hair loss as well ...
