If you are smoking and taking alcohol then you should avoid them as it may hamper your overall growth and also reduce your hair growth.

    Zinc and Biotin supplements should also be consumed to prevent hair loss due to PCOS. Also, homemade natural hair masks with eggs, gooseberry juice, almond oil, olive oil etc. will help keep the hair intact.
