What is this??? Fissures?? Paper cut???

i noticed this on my anus a few days ago. its 3 paper cut wounds directly on my anus. it doesnt burn when urine gets on them. so im not sure if they are just anal fissures, hemorrhoids or herpes. I've been have some discomforted during and after pooping for a couple of weeks. i typically have hard stool and constipation. I haven't had any symptoms other than fatigue and loss of appetite. image
