White blemish on penis

so i tested positive for ureplasama and used Doxycycline then few weeks later i tested positive for bv i told the doctor and they said its not common in men and gave me metronidazole since then this flared up. ive tried daktarin cream as recommend by doctor no effect

no pain at all, sex and weeing fine. sti all ok. it dont hurt not raised or pus

i did read too many antibiotics can cause a flare up but 2 months later its still here
