White papules like structure on the inside of my minor labia and over the urethral opening

I had protected sex and on the same day I noticed pure white structures in my inner side of labia minora and over the urethral opening. I am scared to death as I consulted a doctor online and she said it might be herpes but the warts don't look like herpes wart. it looks more like yeast infection to me. if anyone had these symptoms before please enlighten me. I am scared! Really sorry for the graphics.image
