Will this reduce my chances of conceiving in the future?

I am 22 y/o and have PCOS. Recently due to some personal issues, I took Norethisterone to delay my periods. I took two tablets for two days and when I stopped, my periods returned after 10 days. The next cycle was regular but now I want to take it again due to some work-related issues to delay my period for another day or two. Will taking this medication affect my chances of being pregnant in the future? I also do not mean to take it again in the future as much as possible and am only taking it because it cannot be avoided. My cycle is usually 40 days so it is a little longer than normal.
