Withdrawals from tapering 10 mg once a week

hi i started tapering from amitriptyline two weeks ago, i technically started 4 weeks ago because i skipped once by accident. so i dont take it once a week 10 mg and i have been on 10 mg for over a year. i have started having digestive issues more, fatigue, nausea, heart palpitations and once was sweating and felt malaise and headaches.

waves of stomach cramps and sometimes diarrhea and sometimes not where im constipated instead. has anyone else experienced diarrhea coming off of it? i also do have an ovarian cyst too but usually thay makes me more constipated.
