Are you talking about threadworms?          You need to find out how she is being infected. Do you have animals that she pets? Maybe they need treating as well.    Keep her fingernails short as she may be scratching and then transferring eggs into her mouth. Wash her pants/knickers and  Pyjama trousers [if thats what she wears] at a very high temperature. Wash her sheets  at a high temperature too.   You should also be treating all members of your household.     What are you using to treat her? .

This will likely keep happening since pinworms do other parasites are super contagious on contact with the eggs on any surface and unknowingly ingesting them. Kids are the biggest spreaders. You may be able to keep it more sporadic by making sure you worm the entire family and also desinfecting all toys and common surfaces like door knobs along with the usual bedding and towel washing in hot water (for every member of the home). You may have to repeat this for a few days. Like I said this is very contagious but often harmless just try doing some regular deworming every few months or so and check your daughters anus at night while she sleeps once a month to see if she has anything.

    Good luck momma!
